in most states yes... but in nevada no....
with 99% assurance I can double down and bet that I would for sure get custody if her and I ever divorce... we know to many judges in that dept.. as well as my family owns the DCFS building here in town which I manage... with that being the case we can pretty much get what we ask for... I have many buddies that I have made sure won a custody hearing... and mothers end up with only supervised visitation although thats not what im looking for... I love the whore... she loves her kids.. thats not my style to take the kids away.. this thread as taken a turn in a direction that it should not have.....
I am not looking to divorce my wife.. or bring my kids into our misery... my kids are spoiled more than you can ever think.. ask people who stay at my house here in vegas they will tell you....
this is just a wake up call for my wife....
ill give an example
she will say hey put money on my card so I can go shopping... so I do... I ask how much.. she will say something like 200 so I put the 200 on the card... then she calls me from the register saying oh put 100 more on there... like how do you fuck up at math that bad and just expect me to put it on.. which I do.. I put it on....
im pissed at the fact that they could be having a nice 4star meal at a great place but instead they want to go to a shit hole....
and more pissed I was not invited... see she is leaving town tomorrow with the girls.. so tonight is last night I have to spend with them.. and she fucks me on that... so im just a bit pissed....
has nothing to do with being controlling ... and yes I will admit I am a jealous dood and a bit controlling... but my wife is tough and fires back at me... I submit to her half the time as well....Comment

Newsflash buddy, you are in the porno biz, they will see you as a unfit person to have the kids due to the fact that they will be exposed to the industry and that's just not good for kids...I doubt a judge would give custody to a someone with felony charges.. Nevada has fathers rights.. im the bread maker in the family...

plus Las Vegas is still a small city... when your family go's to lunch with the family court judges it kind of puts things in your favor regardless

You work in porn, not exactly a favorite in courts either. Knowing judges does not mean shit in a family court. It would depend on what the felony charges were for and how old they are. If your wife does not work and she is the one that mainly takes care of the kids that plays in her favor.
I understand that you feel offended but you really should have just told her that. She probably did not know that you were offended.
