I heard of someone's passing and it scared me enough to go to the store the other day and pick up wheat bread (instead of white) and lots of fruits, strawberries (for antioxidants), sometimes I will drink weird healthy juices like Acai juice etc... Start eating more wild salmon and fish, less red meat and chicken, etc.
Don't smoke and drink, all cause im afraid of dying.
Need to exercise more :( |
