If you have not done any mainstream or adult advertising on Google, or used Adsense or AdWords, then you may be confused. It is very easy for those who take the time to learn. Or you can simply do straight rotating banner ad on my foot sites.

If you want niche, and foot traffic there is not a lot of places to get it. What you can get is not going to be high volume. Much less a whole search engine targeted for foot fetish users. You do not get much higher targeted than that. Niche is high target, low volume. Which is not easy for mainstream porn people to understand.
