I smoked very little, shared a few bottles of wine every week and went out on our bikes in the summer and was active. Yes still got hit.

However a healthy life style reduces the risks.

If I can persuade someone here to get out and walk a few miles everyday, eat better food, quit smoking and heavy drinking it will be good.

This is one of the hardest things. Everyone says stay positive but it's tough when you have this.
