See in the past 2 years millions of people watched the movie the secret and millions purchased the motionless workout secret and I think we can agree that the whole world got poorer and fatter in the past 2 years.

Anything that involved a book or guide that tells people how they have to do nothing and they will get something = big seller and the word spreads fast.

The problem is that it takes serious work to possibly get anywhere in life, and in addition to that its good to be positive, not think positive and stuff will come to you or stand in front of a mirror do basic light nothing just think about muscles growing and you'll lose weight.

Here is a formula that seems to work for many decades for anything its called "Hard work pays off" and "Be realistic" but wait that would require people to actually do something so making a DVD called "Hard work pays off" would sell 2 copies maybe.
