dude you need to hit up either Webair i know they got tons & local2you......or JuiceMonkey on gfy....he runs a huge network (not even public yet) but he will get you just about the best price on a windows box (anywhere in the world, hes got tons of datacenters, with full cdn almost done being built etc)
