What possible threat did a pot head have to 5 armed cops? And where is there special tactics, they did not know before going there through any type of surveillance that the kid was not a threat???

Oh come on. I see this all the time. some dealer or gang member gets shot in a raid and right away he was Christ returned and never did anything wrong.

And Fletch that organization is just a front or something as it is not trying to legalize pot for everyone by their statement.
