2. What programs have coupon/promo codes and why don't more sites use them? I think promo codes could easily become the new "trial". People developed the trial in order to convert those people that didn't want to pay full-price. Everyone has trials now a days, but I think promo codes could almost be used as free advertising. Throw your promo codes around the web and people on promo code sites come across your site when they normally would have never known of your site. Programs could give promo codes to each of their affiliates, or just the best ones or whatever, and the sign ups could be tracked via which codes are used.
3. What is the best wordpress plugin to use for mobile traffic. I see quite a few plugins in order to utilize the mobile traffic but what's the all-around best to use?
