Are they being represented by the lawyers who sued Ozzy Osbourne for causing the suicides of 2 metalheads back in the 80s? They claimed that the song "Paranoid" had subliminal messages that told listeners to kill themselves.

I guess they slept through the PROXIMATE CAUSE section of Torts class in law school. LuLz

SEC had numerous heads up to the fraud and did not go into the motions to properly audit Madoff to find out if he's legit or not.
