    fuck is ICQ ever obnoxious

    fired it up just now and without even asking it says "downloading ICQ upgrade" and it looks like it is a big download.... I should cancel it out of spite for it's rudeness but I'll take my chances and let it do it's thing

    fucking programs that think they should have carte blanche to just download and check in with the internet whenever they feel like it, not to mention they are so fricking bloated in size for the simple tasks that they we have them for (and which they still seem to bug out on)

                                                      I can't use the damned thing!

                                                      When the "install upgrade" notice first came I refused it and now I'm unable to log in (keeps loading, or logs me out immediately) <_< and now that I've given up and have decided to install, when I try to log in the notice is still there and when I click it I just get kicked out again and the notice is still there... any ideas?
