Okay, thats it, switching processor

Hi,

Currently i use Glo-bill as my cc processor. I need to switch, because they suck. I need a third party tracking and payment system for my affiliates.

Which one to use and why?

CCBILL, IBILL, JETTIS, ACPAY ?

*I already have accounts at ccbill and ibill...

Thats pretty much it...
* 60% of the rebill fail
* they notify members rebills by email
* The signup select box is like "$3,95 for 3days and 29.95 recurring"
* The signup select box is sorted by price (highest price first!)
* their tracking system is not very clear.
* their tracking sux, because i track the clicks myself and there's a lot of difference in numbers.

thats pretty much it

Hey Boldy

Don't forget about epoch!!!
They have their shit together again and are still one of the best processors around.

That notify members shit sucks, but I thought you could elect not to have members notified about rebills??

I thought they had two different types of rebills notified and not notified????

CCBill for main, and another company for backup and alternative billing methods.

Hey Boldy,

We use both epoch and ccbill.

I find ccbill approves more members, but epoch gets more rebills.

And its the rebills that really make the money.

Sorry, I've never checked out the tracking on either processor. I use my own tracking system, never trusted third party tracking.

Well epoch refer tracking system simply sucks so I went for Glo-Bill.. not yet sure if I made the right decision. I kinda think (not sure about that either) epoch's initial/rebilling is better but their stats area is awful.. noway of telling in advance how many members would rebill, noway telling what the average retention rate really is (unless the site is just 2 months old), noway telling how long an average member stays member.

*Now, did someone say something about custom tracking script? Do you have a referral code?*

Oops! Pardon me had a long day so lemme rephrase "about that custome script.. do you have a refer?"

Yep and its THOSE exact reasons why NO big players use Globill, don't want the customer to know there paying for it, and all the big players try to hide that fact. myself included

Thnx for this info boldy. What about Jettis, I think I will use them :-)

This is my info on them so far

. I'm located in the Netherlands, so I don't have to pay the 750 dollars? Correct, if you are located in the EU, you do not have to register and do not have to pay the registration fee.

2. DO I have to pay a ONE time fee of 250 dollars for accepting Credit card payment? Is this per site? Or just one time? One-time

3. Is the monthly fee 39.99 dollars for ALL sites together, or per site? Per account (all sites)

4. What is that one time free for BASIC hard coded product template? What is it?(for jumbo) $0.00 for Basic

5. I do also pay 49.99 per month? And then 1% of all sales together? But what is that Jumbo exactly? No extra fees besides the 1% additional processing rate on all sales.

Yeah, let's try to sneak the rebill past the members while they're not looking, right? It never ceases to amaze me that someone would blame the processor for a member who doesn't want to recur!

Well now I know what I've been doing wrong all my life. I didn't realize if you were in it for the money it was ok to try and sneak a charge past them, or maybe to cheat and lie just a bit, hmmm, might as well steal a bit also, after all I'm in it for the money, LOL and then when Visa cracks down you bitch and moan, and in another year when Visa decides to do away with recurring all together you'll be the first one on the boards comaplaining that it's not fair!!
