I have been away from the industry for a while. Coming back I am looking to do a "damaged teens" theme. I am looking for a website with content of actual teens 18-22 that do some pretty outrageous stuff. I really would like the monthly fee to be up to $10. A site that updates regularly would also be a huge plus.
Sponsored hosting is preferred but not mandatory. I will be submitting to galleries that I still have some pull with that should get me a good amount of page views. I have a pretty creative idea that should convert well. I would prefer someone that can do some minor custom banner/title work for me.
