Man Vince that sucks badly. After the sale he told me he was going to pay his debts off with the money. Its a shame a different store played out. Michael was always a good guy to deal with but note taken oviously.

Yeah, after a while i was getting the same feeling about him but that feeling was somewhat toned down by the fact that he did pay some of the money back to me.
He still owes me a lot though which i am sure i will never get back.
He contacted me today telling me that i should stop asking for the money as he doesn't have it and he will continue paying me back as soon he has more cash. He also said he is in dept of 200K and has only about 100 euros a month to spend..i guess i will never ever see my money back.
He never said sorry to me which makes me think he doesn't give a fuck.
I waited a long time to expose him here because there was at least a small cash flow back to me happening but now after months of nothing i thought it was time.

Its a strategy he has used on a lot of people. Keeping them silent by paying them at least some. I got lucky myself. He had used my bankaccount to receive payments and when AFF made a large payment I decided to keep the money and call it even. Years ago I got lucky as well when I was able to charge back the payments he made with my creditcard. I escaped twice. I must have had an angle on my shoulder. Stodan was not so lucky. He still owes Stodan a lot and Stodan informed a lot of people about what happened to him.

He told me he did not have a creditcard and we agreed on him using my cc once cause he needed to pay server rent and this company supposedly only accepted creditcards.
He let it continue for about 5 months and then I decided to chargeback.

I have dealt with MickyAms for years and this is such a shock to me because he never ripped me off or did anything shady period... as a matter of fact he helped me out big time on a couple of occasions and has never asked for me to return the favor. I am completely floored because I had considered him a trustworthy person... it goes to show you that you never know who you are dealing with in this business... but time will always tell. It's nuts how shit works out.Comment

I guess I can raise my hand at being out about $5k with him. I also kept quiet hoping I'd eventually get paid because I never took him as a scammer, just seemed like he was always taking on too many projects. (however who's to know what was really going on)
My $5k turned into a down payment on a partnership to start doing site builds for customers and he wanted me to move to the island, to help build the sites. We took on a group of sites to build and I did a lot of work grabbing galleries, doing thumbs, adding trades and even did some of the site layouts. I never saw a penny from it, nor did I ever get my own site built.
I have no clue if any of those guys ever got their money back, but I'm guessing it would be no, and I'm pretty certain they all paid him in full up front.
It's a shame really, I always liked him and he seemed to know his stuff and could have made some good money building those sites if they would have been built.
I wonder if this is a case of living out side his means and having one or two things go wrong that push over the domino's to the point he just said fuck it or if he just got lazy and wasn't working.. or hell I dunno I guess he could have been a scammer all along, but just didn't seem like it.
I do have to admit I've been damn good at not losing money with people in this biz but between this deal and having another project I paid out for which was unrelated, it really put me off adult and I've been laying low since.In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment
