You'd think the children of the world's richest man could get anything they wanted.

But Bill Gates' kids aren't allowed to have any Apple products, the Microsoft founder's wife tells Vogue magazine.

"There are very few things that are on the banned list in our household," Melinda Gates, a Microsoft millionaire in her own right, tells interviewer Michael Specter. "But iPods and iPhones are two things we don't get for our kids."

I'm pretty sure the Sony PS3 is on that list. I dont see that as odd, think about how the media and other companies would use that against MS if the kids were known to use the competitions products. Its business and some people will do anything to get ahead.

Look at the Apple commercials comparing Vista/Windows to the extra Apple line. MS makes and OS not the hardware for PC so of course you're going to have compatiblity problems.

I'd do the same. like I said before in another post it business. Its not about being an ass or anything like that you have to worry about how simple things like that can blow up and become a campaign about how BK is served at McD's Ceo house.
