My title says it all. Are SE Optimization firms worth it? If so, who?

To answer all of your questions, all you need to do is do the right google search. All of the information to decide this one should be very obvious to find.

You can do it yourself, you have the time.

If you want to drop the $250 a month to have someone else do it, I would say, have someone else do it.

They can help pick key words, manage the pay-per-click placements, etc.

I can recommend a couple companies who only does SEO if you want to shop prices/services...let me know.

To answer the original question, I've had my adult clients on our invoices for the past 2 years and not a single one has left in that time (except for one that went under). So I would think it's worth it. But getting an SEO firm to work with adult companies on a revshare or per signup basis isn't always very easy, a lot of competiting companies I know work per click or per ranking. I don't do that but then again, I'm willing to endure certain risk factors for better pay. That's probably why all my traffic is booked.
