blocked from searching google, WTF?

I had this happen to me a few months ago, also had no idea why. I switched to a proxy for a few days.

Interesting, try running a virus scan/spyware/malware scan?

Are you trying google.com
try google.us google.ca google.co.uk ect... see if that helps

It happens because you make "dubious" and/or excessive amounts of queries. F.ex if you search for footprints of easily exploited scripts that is the response you will get.
