In 1985, I was 14 years old and crazy about heavy metal. I grew a mullet, drove my parents nuts with my guitar, and wore tour shirts 7 days a week. Like all the other metal kids, Motley Crue was one of my favorite bands. I still remember seeing them on the Theatre of Pain tour and thinking it was the coolest thing ever.
So, when I was approached about having video content from the RubberDoll website featured as part of the latest Crue tour, I was thrilled. If someone would've told me when I was 15 that I'd be filming my girl for a Crue show, I would've never believed them. But here I am.
They've been using the footage for the past few months, but last week was the first time I got to see the show live. It was a lot of fun for me (and RubberDoll) so I thought I'd post up a few pics.
