agree with you, BK has so much potential but they have been dropping the ball with inconsistent quality and mushy crap...... franchise headquarters really needs to get some kind of quality heads-up going because I used to love BK but almost never go there anymore after being ripped off with mushy crap the last 3 or 4 times, different locations
that is one thing that IN n OUt is good for, consistent quality, always the same, always hot and fresh and good
