your title is misleading homie, he sued for physical damage done by the doctors, not for "saving his life. ;)

he sued because they pumped too much drugs in him and caused damage to his body, just like the woman who won case in america recently .

was given an excessive amount of neutralising drugs.

These caused severe tissue damage to his right arm, which he described as 'third degree burns'.

He said: 'I know they saved my life but if you went in with a heart attack you wouldn't expect to leave with a limb you can't use.

yea but his initial idea was to commit suicide, so by his thinking he is worse then when he started ie. still alive and now with a fucked up arm lol.

Actually if the paramedics hadn't brought him to the hospital, and the people from the hospital hadn't tried to save him, his family could have sued and would have won. So the people in the health care industry were fucked because this idiot decided to take too many pills.

Well for some stupid reason suicide is illegal in most places.

Also, if they changed the law to indemnify health care providers for denying care to people who have attempted suicide, then they could "leave the man alone".

Until then, they have to try and save him or the lawsuit would have been much bigger.

(BTW, I for one am totally in favor of you taking your own life and will do everything in my power to stop some assholes from saving you if you choose to do so)
