Makes an interesting point, Mexico is now dealing with the fact that America lost the "War On Drugs". Here's a few problems with this story:
1. It was on Al Jazeera wich spreads propaganda... be more credible if it was on Fox News
2. There is no corruption in the american government
3. People in the U.S.A. would stop doing drugs if they stopped bringing it in from Mexico
