never used one of these things.. my girlfriend has one dragged over some music from the computer and it don't work.. do I need itunes to do this?

i *think* you can synch it using the windows media player, if it's a drm issue.
at least that what i had to do with my bb storm. -
I would start with itunes since the software comes with the ipod
Then it's all about creating an iPod playlist and adding whatever you want to that playlist. Sync up that playlist with your ipod and BAM
