This is probably an issue with Pending transactions not dropping because of large fluctuations in your local currency's exchange rate against the US$. If its the case the Pending transactions will be dropped within 24 hours.

We are still reviewing the dispute, disputes takes a while for various reasons.

When you withdraw money at a ATM the banks put a Pending transactions on your card. When the back settle the transaction usually within 1-3 business days later then the exchange rate can have changed usually this is not a problem but because some currencies fluctuates a lot against the US$ this can result in a large difference between the Pending transaction and actual charge causing the Pending transaction not to drop.

Normally these Pending transactions are dropped within 24-48 hours.

Nothing unusual,i got charged on account virtual visa and there was nothing in virtual visa account,everything was in wallet.Luckily it was legit transaction but still....

If it were a transaction that your card had been authorized for previously then its possible.
Please email me your UserID and the date of the transaction and I will look into it to make sure its the case.

They can purchase something up to $1000 I believe.. $400 is just for ATM withdrawals.
