I used to have this problem, and I also fought back with my bank. We finally found an acceptable solution. One - go to a small branch, where they know you by face. If you go their often enough, every teller will know your account and not to hold funds. Besides that, I also had copies of my larger checks on file, such as Ibill and CCbill checks. They keep that on file so that if there is any dispute with a teller, I can just tell them to look at the file and they know that the there is not to be a hold on the deposit etc. Have paper proof on everything, and it holds true here too!

Oh btw, NEVER tell your bank managers or staff that you do ADULT. Its not worth the trouble. I just tell them I own a internet webdesign and webhosting business. I was flirting with one of the girls at the bank one day and she said her manager asked her what I did for a living cause he said I had a lot of money for my age and she said he thought I might of been into organized crime. He even called me about it a couple of days later to ask me about it. I told him the internet stuff and he kinda bought it.

Oh and if you own a Caribean company NEVER EVER fucking tell a sole that you do adult, they will close your bank account in a sec, had that happen once, they are really anal about it.
