EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had someone answer my call who did not speak English properly, usually black, hispanic or outsourced, my call would end in frustration and I would have to keep calling back until I would get someone that "sounded white" or spoke proper English on the phone. They would ALWAYS solve whatever issue I had.

Why is that?

I can't say one way or the other WHY that is, I only know that has been the case with me for a very long time so I recently started taking notes on it. Not a single call to someone who could not speak proper English was a good call. Not one. If they sounded ghetto or spoke with an accent, I was fucked. If they said "Hello, this is Talonda" or "Hello, this is Hernandez," it was an instant fail. So now when I call and get any of that, I just hang up and call again and again and again until I get a Mark, Jim, Chris, Kim or Carol.

What's going on?

Lets face it, you don't end up answering customer service calls because you did well in life. This means all races should be equal here in this bottom end, low paying job. So WTF?

Yes,

the other day I had to call my bank for verification to load my epass.

The guy who picked up the call was a fucking useless idiot, and it led to a lot of frustration and hatred on my behalf.

I then called back after 20 minutes and him not being able to do a god damn thing.. even though I told him what department I needed to be connected to, he still had no idea.. so when calling back and getting the "what can i do" line from the automated voice.. I said "I want to talk to an american".. and finally was connected to someone who could do their job.

Fucking shit makes me so mad for some reason I just want to beat random people.

No that's where your reasoning is flawed. White people usually have the connections or the money to get better jobs. Classic example: George Bush. IQ of 80, by rights he should have worked in a call-center. Imagine your frustration if HE had taken your calls
On a more serious note though: I have to make many calls to call-centers in the US, and they've so far always been answered by whites. And they were all thick as bricks.

i can't understand anybody anymore - it's pissing me off - it's not just call centers, nobody speaks the fucking language, it's all Asians, East Indians, whatever - i look forward to the automated telemarketer calls now, at least I can understand them.

I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

i agree.. i always hang up right away as well. if someone does not possess the ability to speak english correctly or if they are a native speaker and sound like a retard, then i've learned through trial and error to not delude myself into thinking they are actually going to be of any assistance before i get pissed and hang up anyway. thats not to say that they can't be or anything like that... just that experience has taught me that there is a greater chance of not being helped and ending up even more perturbed than being helped and feeling better about the situation.

one good thing about the south, all your bank tellers speak english.

i used to get frustrated too at the banks in the valley (sfv) in California where the tellers are often not as fluent in elgish as other languages. or the 4 families in front of you in line barely speak engl;ish themselves... . I used to ask the bank manager to let us go past all the non english speaking people who would have problems and would usually just do deposits so i went into office or second line to make quick deposit, but language barriers are difficult when you are an american who doesnt have the desire to speak a second language in your own country.

But down here, its all english speaking americans, its actually pretty nice when you go from one to the other and can see how one state differs from the other so much... its a stark difference thats for sure.
