how can i split a mpg file in half? im downloading this movie but its 750+ megs and i only have 650 meg cds. i want to watch it in my dvd player instead of on my computer.

yeah but i dont think anywhere that is open sells them. and i want to watch it tonight.

Yeah, you can use 870 mb ( 99 min) . Sky makes those ( see vcdhelp.com or something similar). You need to configure your cd burner software ( Nero) to accept this different capacity disk.

Otherwise, you can use mastersplitter to split files, or Honestech mpeg editor at http://www.honestech.com/ .

Then you burn each part as a VCD to play on your dvd.
