What are you reading?

Need to load my Kindle before Phoenix.

Lately I've been on a mystery/cop/psychological thriller kick. Read alot of James Patterson and Jonathan Kellerman the past few months. I wish John Grisham published to the Kindle, but oh well.

Just finished Chuck Palahniuk's Lullaby, pretty decent... vaguely but not really near the genre you're looking for...

How do you like the Kindle?

Have you had problems reading it on airplanes during takeoff and landing when they tell you to turn off electronic devices? (the only thing keeping me from buying one, I do a lot of reading during those times haha.

As you can probably guess, it's food writing. Really interesting so far, and making me want to visit Sichuan province in the worst way!

Currently reading The Hour I First Believed.

In the last month I've read The King of Lies, Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea, Testimony, Just After Sunset and The Story of Edgar Sawtelle.

A few more but those are the ones on Kindle.

I am just about done with King's The Stand: unabridged. It is almost 1200 pages, but very good. Next up for me is Boys Will Be Boys which is about the rise and fall of the 1990's Dallas Cowboys.
