I get pissed when my gf makes me watch animal planet rescue shows and the animal winds up dying. I also can't deal with the abuse that a lot of people put those poor animals through. I'm a softie.

He went in and asked for time to get a lawyer.. let me find the update..

Randall Treadway had his day in court today in Jonesborough, Tenn. He showed up without an attorney and the judge told him to get a lawyer and come back April 1. The judge told him he would be first on the docket, no delays. "If you don't have a lawyer at that time, you'll have to represent yourself," the judge told him.

Treadway's mother, Linda, who owned the house where BRBR found Annie, has also been charged with animal cruelty. She has hired a defense attorney.

Both Treadways face up to a $2,500 fine and a year in jail. Randall Treadway is also being asked to pay restitution for Annie's medical bills.
