Hi guys sorry for all the questions, lol but i learned the best way to learn is to ask!

anyway! i have a good paid host, but i rather not use all my bandwidth up on TGP & AVS sites, as i know the bandwidth will be REALLY EXPENSIVE with all the hits you generate from them, so does anyone reccomend any good free host that

A. dont steal traffic
B. tgp/avs friendly

Some of the AVS' will host your domain and sites for you.

If you're making any amount of money though, don't use a free host. Maybe for TGP's but especially not for AVS traffic. An inexpensive but good host is still RackShack at http://www.rackshack.net and its not too hard to admin a Cobalt RAQ server with them.

well I'm just fairly starting, would it be best to get hosted with the AVS i wanna submit sites to, for now.
