    Chexx inc - wtf????

    Today my bank informed me that 4 checks issued by CHEXX Inc could not be cashed due their acount being closed.... WTF? Anyone else had this problem?

    Last week I didnt get 2 checks cashed too, I am not sure if it was the same issuing company as I dont have the copies yet.

          Many companies, chexx is a check issuing company, I am not even sure how many of my sponsors use it. I dont have copies of the uncashed checks here yet, just the numbers.

                      I want to hope they just changed bank accounts or something like that, and I still had some old checks. If they closed business I am fucked pretty nice. Looking at the checks I took to bank just today, there are some CHEXX Inc amongst them again.

                          Yes we use Chexx Inc. for check printing and check sending, as many other adult companies do. In one batch from last year a few of our affiliates had the same problem. One of Chexx Inc.?s accounts got closed because one of the companies that they been sending checks for was involved in some illegal activities (at least that?s what they told me) and one of their accounts got closed.
                          For our affiliates affected we had Chexx resend a new check right away, we also offered Epassporte instead if someone wanted it. Also Chexx paid all bouncing check fees. After that we have been doing business as usual.

                          If one of those checks is from us please email
                          webmaster at fetishhits dot com
                          Or post a support ticket and we will take care of it ASAP.

                          Just one note about how Chexx Inc. works: If we have for example checks in the amount of $30,000 we wire them $30,000 + the fee they take for the check issuing and sending. So if a check from Chexx bounces it does not mean Fetish Hits or your other sponsor didn?t have the money to cover the check amount, we did, we covered it in advance. I just wanted to clear that up.

                              Yeah I had the same problem matuloo. Luckily every single one of the sponsors made it right and sent the money via epass.

                                                  The problem is, right now I have no idea what sponsors the checks were from, I just have the check numbers, I emailed the numbers to chexx inc directrly, but I guess they will ignore my email. Now I have to go through the records and find copies of those checks and try to figure out who it was from.

                                                          BTW if the bank sent you back the checks, in the upper left corner there is a Tracking number on it. Not sure if they would help them find it or not.

                                                                                  From what I just checked we had problems with a couple checks in the period November 1-15 2008 nothing after that but I can't say for other companies....
                                                                                  Issuing bank was:

If period ended 15th november, checks could be mailed out around the 25th, it takes up to 15 days to get to my country, so that would be 10th december, I dont go to bank imediatelly, so I might put them there at the beginning of january and it sometimes takes up to 5 weeks for my bank to cash them... might be that period or the one after.

                                                                                                              I've used them before, or I should say, old hosting and processing company did to send me checks. I just converted that shit to ACH and was done with it. Have not used them in a few years though.

                                                                                                                      As if you needed another reason to be wary of rebates, one of the largest rebate processing companies, Continental Promotion Group, just filed for bankruptcy. CPG, more widely known as RebateStatus.com, no longer has enough money to cover the rebate checks it has been processing. This means if you have a rebate check from the company, you shouldn't try and cash it unless you care to be hit with a NSF fee when the check bounces.

                                                                                                                      im very comfortable using ccbill + webmasterchecks. i grilled them on this and they dont do anything with your money but hold it in the bank, they dont invest it, take gamblking sales or other risk things with your funds

                                                                                                                          Tulku, there should be no problems with any new Chexx checks. As I said there was only a problem with a few checks for the period November 1-15 2008. Also Chexx did cover all fines.

                                                                                                                          Regarding the Epassporte verification we didn't have a different choice because of the huge amount of fraud

                                                                                                                              all checks were for period Nov 1-15, the affected sponsors are :

                                                                                                                              dreamcash, perfectgonzo, 21sexturycash and fetishhits

                                                                                                                              I guess that particular account of chexx got closed and I was affected as it took so long to cash them.

                                                                                                                              Of course nobody from chexx bothered to answer my email, so I guess I have to contact the sponsors one by one.
