Hi. There are few fine expired domains with traffic at godaddys aftermarket.

Some have really low current bids, they have few thousand llinks, one domain has 11 years age

so they are really great for developement.

Don't worry, pagerank remains if You keep relevant content (check archive.org or google cache).

It was some toplist and then it was some surgery site. So at the end, domain got PR and might be developed for high paying keywords. But auction did end

If You keep relevant content then PR stays. But if You park it or so, PR will be 0 sooner or later.
