How Can I Fuck With This Member Who Posted My Content On A File Sharing Forum?

OK, so here's the situation. RYC finds a thread on a well-known file-sharing forum, DMCA's it, gone in 12 hours. Another thread...DMCA... Gone. And yet another thread....DMCA....Gone. However, this time I decide to do some investigating.

I don't want to post how I did it cuz I don't want scammers to know how but I basically was able to nail it down to one of two of my members. One appeared to be a doctor so I guessed it was the other one. I joined the forum in question. I sent the suspected offender a PM stating his real name and just saying "Hi <real name here>, how have you been?". He replied back with basically, "fine, how do I know you?" and something about my poor German grammar.

OK, so I'm pretty darn confident I now know the person's real name and address. I'm in the US. He's in Germany.

What is the worst possible way I can LEGALLY fuck with this asshole? I want the biggest bang for my buck without spending a ton of money or breaking the law.

He's got plenty of posts on the forum posting movies from all kinds of sites so it would be difficult for him to nail down exactly which program is fucking with him.

Germany is the best place to sew P2P/sharing uploaders I hear. The law is strong there and you should be able to get decent money from this guy too.

Another idea is to put a coded client ID in each video to make it unique so you can PROVE it was him and the video is yours because of the unique hidden codes.

As he is in Germany he is very much out of reach for a small claims court even if they recognize that in Germany ? You would have to serve it there.

I would get back in touch with him and get as much personal info from him as possible. It may take a week or two to build up his trust. But when you have his address / phone # you can then sign the fucker up for every offer and deal you can find on the web. Sign him up for e-mail news letters, samples of birth control tablets, Tampax samples, etc.etc.etc.

It's a lot of work but if you feel strongly enough you can fill his mail box up with shit every day and have him harassed by telemarketers day and night

I feel strongly that I hate him but not sure I want to spend that much effort on it. Only way that would be worth my time is if I felt it would set a worldwide precedence and end this crap. It won't.

Create a page on your site for scammers and thieves. Leave his name and information on it. Try and rank that page for his name and others you catch.

If its CCbill send him a letter, if you can get a phone number call his house and leave a long message that his mom or wife will get.
Then use his email to join every free site you can find adult or non adult, the email spam alone will fuck things up for him.
You may want to also ask him on the phone what time he will be around so one of your associates can stop in and chat with him, plus in your message leave his address in the message just to verify you are not going to the wrong house to "Visit"
Just be very sure in each email or phone call to be very polite and not threatening.
