It is phpfox. Fuck those mother fuckers. My site has been down for 3 fucking days. Took them 8 fucking hours to respond to my first "emergency ticket" and each time I reply to them it takes them between 3 and 8 hours to respond to my reply! My last fucking email to them was over 4 fucking hours ago and still no god damn reply.

seriously? They have not answered one of my emails quickly it has taken hours each time. How did you get them to answer you quickly? I am even paying monthly just in case something like this happens and the script completely fails they can fix the damn thing.
