why are these even called "skins"? all they are are new header graphics & a background image, nothing in the main forum area (thread listings) is even changed
sorry, i work alot with VB so when i see a new header and people get all excited its like "wtf ??"...seriously, taking 10 minutes to paste new header code & background picture is hardly worthy of being called a "skin" </rant>
