Selling my TGP site and Casino

I'm thinking about selling my sites :

www.discoverxxx.com

&

www.sexyluck.com

both have never been marketed, one I simply bought outright, the other I built and never did anything with.

My question is, would it be a terribly difficult process to go through to get these sold/transfer names...etc.??

Would anyone know what to reference for this situation?

Also, if anyone wants to make an offer, please do, it'll save me a headache and a half.

I have no idea. I've never done Casino's which is why I'm so curious.

You purchased it from somebody else? Is there something wrong with it, like the scripting? How much did you purchase it for...that would give me a reference point.

Refresh it pimp (dudette lol) and it loads. Slow server it looks like.

They look nice. But no traffic? No sales? Less than a year on the reg'd time left on both. The casino is a plugin.

So total value?? Not alot for two single pages of design and nothing else. ;-)

We wouldn't go even 100 for both but some others here might.

That's what I'm saying, D-XXX is all design, Casino IS a plug-in, so the main thing your purchasing is two well designed sites that need to be marketed as well as domain names that are worth quite a lot on the appraisals site (I'm not too confident that means jack-shit). All one would have to do is put a link or whatnot on their established site and just let it make them money.

I have 6 offline businesses I'm working on at this point, and these have both been dormant for so long, I just figured I'd let someone else make use of them and hopefully profit.

I don't care if it's a low offer, just a fair one. For both sites, I'd start at $500.00 (O.B.O.) That would at least cover most of my investment in the two.
