Loads fine for me in Alberta, Canada. Took about 2 second for a full page to load, which is not too bad, even though not the fastest either.

loads fine ... could be a firewall blocking you ...

unplug your modem ( cable/adsl ) for 30-60 minutes and also do a flush dns .

Then check again.
