See, a real company would be like, wow our hardware failed, lets hold this guys hand and help him through this unfortuante situation where our provided service has failed and guide him to get back on his feet.. Guiding him thru the best available options..
But no, lets do the service provided was... oh hard drives die... shit happens, you have to live with it until we get around to possibly caring for you.... Ugh.. lets see, lets just sit around and wait a few days before the client tell us how to do our jobs, in which case he has no true clue of whats going on... so itll even take longer No big deal you see , we are a numbers ISP, that have 1000 other customers so like ugh.... if he forces us to help him, we will just shit on him as we have the numbers to justify we are the shit..

here's another kicker
TO THIS MOMENT, i do not believe the hard drive is even dead..
It was just spewing out messages in /var/log/messages about a controller error and acting up a bit..
Then i was told OMG we need to clone the drive.. within minutes of this message.. Thats just class GRADE FUCKING A service
OMG HARD DRIVE IS DEAD BECAUSE ITS SPEWING OUT CONTROLLER ERRORS.

So this dont even have to do with a failed hard drive... we dont even know what the fucking issue is at this point, nor will we ever

what I'm doing here is just telling the truth, because I have never revealed to Pacificrack any relation between this username and my account with them, so brownosing can't possibly have anything to do with it.... just telling you I have had great service from them, the price is great, and I wouldn't hesitate to get more boxes with them, Pacificrack has been solid and great to deal with
