Back then if you wanted to do something you went outside, rode a bike, played sports, etc. and there weren't fast food joints on every street corner. Today no one hardly leaves the house, they are addicted to their video games, the internet, and reality TV. Their addictions are so overpowering they want fast food instead of wasting valuable time cooking good food.

I sit at my computer the vast majority of the day and my BMI is in the lower end of the healthy range. I eat as much as anyone else, but I like a very limited variety of foods..... foods that just so happen to rarely contain high fructose corn syrup.
