Why is epass login down for the past week?

i can login fine , but strangely enough i went to get some money out today and the bank machine gave me an error i have never seen.

It was something along the lines of "issuing bank inoperable"

I have been able to login every day this week. It did snag during the process of sending a payment on mey earlier which has never happened but after 10 minutes it went through.

was it a atm with the plus logo on it? lots of those random atm's that bars and corner stores have arent plus ones and it doesnt work on them

It can happen if the connection from the ATM to our bank is down since its a debit card the ATM have to contact our bank and get the OK for you to withdraw the money so if the connection is down you will get an error.
