Since the last thread went no where...I need a mainstream designer for one, possibly two new blogs.

Must be able to design AND fully code css
I do not want a typical blog theme that looks like the rest
Someone with mainstream experience preferred.
Must have references and provide portfolio
I don't mind paying if the quality of work is there
Must be optimized for fast loading and tons of text

I have used JD @ www.monstersofblog.com quite a few times and he does great work, just looking for something different.
