I did this awhile ago and got 80 bucks for an old Nextel i850 I had stopped using for about a year. Had a hell of a time clearing out all of my contacts and private info though.

Please note. Once again, this phone is dead. When you plug it in, dead. When you try and power it on, dead. When you try to do a reset, dead. When you try and listen to "it's raining men" dead. I'm really note sure how else to say this but THIS PHONE IS DEAD. ALSO- You getting just the phone, no cables, no charger, no earplugs, NO SIM CARD (Like I'm going to sell someone a phone with my information on it) Your bidding on a standalone, might as well write a note cause your not going to be calling anyone on this phone cause it's DEAD, Iphone.

iPhones sell no matter what condition they are in. I sold an 8GB with a cracked screen, had a small crack on the front screen, but it still worked. Took pictures, told them it was cracked and it still sold for $120. I almost felt bad, but hey it was clear on what they were getting.

good luck getting much for most of the old phones - Verizon offered me 2.00 last week as a trade for a Blackberry that's only a couple of years old

they only want that phone because it's an iphone

did you try doing a master reset on it??? hold the power button and menu (big circle button on the bottom) hold it for 5 or more seconds!
