Those of us who get checks get them on time, every time.
The people who are having issues are the ones who used to get paid via epassporte but are now paid via wire.
That transition didn't go very smoothly, I'm guessing because it was done in a rush to protect the webmasters money (alot of companies dropped epass payments all at the same time, not sure why, but NA was one of them)
There are like 8 different ways to contact the people over there, and I'm sure you know all of them....but much better to start a thread on GFY to try and make them look bad.
Also, nice misleading thread title....you're having issues with your individual payment and you start a thread that makes it look like NA disappeared with everyone's money.
If I were them I would tell you to send your traffic elsewhere, turn off your account, and send you checks for your rebills when they came in. But that's just me, I'm sure they'll be more reasonable about you trying to hurt their reputation.sig too bigComment

not many companies have the goodwill that NA has spent building. they had some changes recently, mark (naughtyace) is not there anymore and that may have something to do with the payments.

They have been going through some changes over there. Cut them some slack.
They are good people there. Built from the ground up and take a lot of pride in their product.
If you were months late id worry. But just a little late cut em some slack.
I assume you tried contacting them personally? When I try doing that I always get a response. And im not even a big client.

I have 100s of SEO pages with their stuff on it so NA sales/rebills still come in for me - i cant just go and "drop" them.
They appear to be having some cashflow and accounting problems.
I chat with Joe frequently but he is just an affiliate manager, he can only do so much when it comes to sending payments.
I finally recieved partial payments from them this week but I am still owed money. I know I will eventually be paid but its no fun waiting for payments that are MONTHS late.
NA was solid for so many years, its sad to see them no longer paying like clockwork.

Wire payments have been an issue and we are working on getting that straightened out. Checks go out weekly and that is confirmed by others within this post. This was also addressed in a post that you commented in two weeks ago.

You really shouldn't speculate about a company's cash flow when you have no idea what the fuck you're talking about.
Accounting and organizational issues, sure....but cashflow, no.
It's not fair for you to come say shit like that when it's pure speculation. They are one of the few good guys left in this biz that have never fucked over a webmaster or a surfer, let's not burn them in effigy like they're I$ or something.

What do you mean by partial payments? Are they paying you by check/wire/epass?
I just don't see how your payments can be months late. We use them and always get paid via check and on time.Comment

Have you seen your fucking location? It says "UNKNOWN."
What do you expect?
Perhaps you should know where you live so your checks could get there on time. It takes a while and its easy to get lost on the way to "Unknown."
