I need POTD sponsors that have BOTH

the picture of the day as a webpage:

I don't want POTD sponsors with just a web page and no thumb. The reason why should be painfully obvious. So this excludes sponsors like Nasty Dollars, Traffic Cash Gold, Silver Cash, etc that do NOT have a thumb I can link to.
