I'm looking for a custom, premium design with the below specifications/rules. I will pay you what I think the design is worth at final delivery, with a down payment up front of $250. If I decide the design is worth $1,000 I will pay you the other $750. This is a no bull shit thread. The minimum you will be paid is $500 total with a maximum of $10,000.
1. I need to have this design delivered to me with full CSS, using 100% widgetized controls, and a complete drop in solution for wordpress (on any domain). If you need to outsource the slicing/wordpress part of it to someone else PLEASE DO, I do not want a half botched job, or low quality css/cut up. This needs to be right the first time, and SE optimized when delivered. I have paid for premium mainstream wordpress designs in the past that are SEO'd and they make a big difference.
2. Must be of equal or better quality than http://www.thedirty.com/
3. You must be able to do toons or have one created within your own budget, I'm not even going to say I will use a toon but if you don't have a way to have one done for this then that weeds you out.
4. No, this is not for a celebrity blog.
5. The design must be completely fluid.
Paypal payment preferred but if you only do epass I will work it out.
