Of course he was telling the truth. Although he should have just kept his mouth shut. He knew exactly what he was doing ratting everyone out. He wanted revenge.

Both of Canseco's books have been fun to read. In his second one he said he had an idea of A-Rod doing them but never seen him inject himself or anyone else for that matter. But he did arrange a meeting for a-rod with a trainer that he knew that was into it.

I think when it came out, everyone assumed most of it was true despite the source.

The thing is, when a really sleazy person dishes the dirt people attack but generally, the sleazy people have the dirt because they were down in it. Squeaky clean people don't know shit.

HAHA well not every person will get caught but have you seen how Sosa went from toothpick to the whole fucking tree in no time? Ken Griffy jr is the best in my opinion who never grew in size from the start to where he is now.
