Day 7 he talks about it being friday night and he's in his hot tub before going out or drinks with friends? wtf? I know people who live in their parents bassmints no hot tub, no friends and no friday night drinks and they don't consider killing themselves.

If he's giving the world a time line in wich to stop him then I would say the chances of him killing himself are pretty high if in 15 days no one does. Alot of suicidle people give out warnings that are serious crys for help, Attention, love, recognition, it dosent take much. But being ignored when your screaming for help.........that also does the trick.

I'll bet if this guy does do it, it happens before time expires.

I'm funner than AIDS, and easier to explain to your parents.

From what I have read it's because he is suffering from depression.. But you are right he's already at day 16 and no reasoning as to why he's doing what he's doing cept he has thought about it himself over the last year and decided it is what needed to be done.

Right off the bat, on the first video, this guy comes across like a bad actor. I know enough of them to spot one hahaha. Then when I saw he lives in Hollywood it was pretty obvious. Some people do shit like this to try to get attention from casting directors, acting gigs, whatever, not realizing how lame that is and how it leads to nothing. I very much doubt this is real.

He just quit his job and went to Vegas. I read the entire thing but not seen the vids yet. He is not delusional. He is very at peace with his decision which is frightening. The fact that he is so content with is decision is a huge sign that he is probably going to do it.

He's really got a brilliant mind and a gentle spirit. The first day or two he seemed a bit scattered but he makes more sense and is very very intelligent throughout the rest.

You guys can "lol" at it but I have already taken steps at trying to help him. I'm giving him 2-3 days to respond. I hope he does

Well,I hope this guy gets help if he's REAL but thinking now its kinda strange..I mean if he's so depressed that he wants to die then WHY wait 30 days and do this whole thing? If he wants to leave a message after he's gone then why not just film a video and then do what ever he's plannin to do with himself but what's the whole point of that?? Crying for help-then that means he's not really willing to do that..
The fact that he wants to be spotted and become an actor souds more like trueth to me...
But if that guy is sireously ill and needs help I deeply hope he gets it and stays alive..at the end of the day there's so much to live for =)

I'm debating on this. The thing you're supposed to do is get he police involved. I just read the comments on his blog (makes me ashamed to be part of the human race with the sick comments on there) and one person said they called the cops. I think it would take alot more calls for them to actually do something. Since he's doing all this from his blackberry, he'd need to be gps'd.

I actually think that if he got arrested and/or put in the mental hospital there, he'll definitely end up snapping. He still seems somewhat rational and he's really let out alot of things to his family that he didn't have the guts to say otherwise. I think they best thing to do is to find where his family IS and get to THEM. They might be the only ticket. Since he's opened up already, this might be just the thing to turn their attitudes and his completely around.

Sigh.. I'm just not sure. How to get ahold of them? Don't know his name, his old job, or anything. Still thinking this through. And still haven't watched the vids for a clue as to where he's staying. Figured out his first name is Jimmy though.

Seemingly being at peace and looking content is common for people suffering from depression..

Ozarkz that's ok if you disagree. The hundreds of parents in my "parents of suicide" group have a wide array of person experiances and it's a known fact that alot of times, once they've come to a solid decision, they start giving away their things, visiting family for the last time, etc and the family will usually tell you that they seemed more calm and serene than normal in the final days. That's because they are at peace with the decision that they will not be here much longer.

Anyway!!! I am not giving him 2 more hours let alone days. I just got with the POS (ironic name eh?) group and we will be joining forces as of immediately to get this guy into custody and contact his family.

seriously. when i was growing up... some people were just broken and fucked in the head and they were shunned until they came to grips with that fact. it was perfectly acceptable to point at the idiot and say "hey... look, an idiot" and the world was a better place for it. now we are all supposed to empathize with people who are so obviously wanting attention and doing it in the worst way imaginable?

plenty of serial killers and murderous cult leaders had a "gentle spirit" were "intelligent" and seemed to be "at peace"
