dont know if you knew but its not an easy to thing to prove and then sue about, with the easy access to shell and offshore companies in various jurisdictions its not like you can just point and shoot. there are many others researching their enemies and waiting to find a good way to win against them its not easy its quite hard and extremely expensive. a good warrior chooses his battlefield. ;)

B2B infringement is one thing, surfer infringement is another.

Since surfer infringement makes up almost all infringement, I think it's a fair question to ask which companies besides Titan are taking action against Joe Surfer. You can point your finger at tube site owners all day, but Joe Surfer is the one actually uploading the material. Unless you stop him, you don't stop the infringement. At the end of the day, people care more about their income than any moral issues. Despite board rantings, there are very few of you who would take less money to promote a whitelisted sponsor. It might be harsh, but it's the reality of it. Most people know that if it's not them doing it, it'll be someone else.

I do think lawsuits are coming, and they'll come furiously. There are already companies struggling big time (even some long standing ones) that will turn to suing the crap out of people as a means of income.
