You're an idiot. Firstly, you obviously have no idea what the word slander even means. Yes, i don't like him. I think he's a fucking idiot. Nothing slanderous about that. Furthermore, there's nothing slanderous about me saying he can't design for shit. I've seen his "designs" and they're all rubbish. Hell, i can "design" better. Bare in mind, i'm by no means a designer.

Secondly, after knowing that he's fucked over many other webmasters, you still hire him. That was stupid. The fact that he gave you a stolen design only furthers my point.

TennisAce/NzDesignz has had more than his fair share of second chances. He is a liar, a thief, and he's rather fucking stupid in general. It's idiots like you who keep paying the likes of NZ to design stuff that keep bringing them back time and time again to rip off even more webmasters.

He just asked me if he copied my work or not... and i said him that he needs to change these things because they are :
bacground is of my style, only hue is adjusted
scrollbar colors - even do not fit his design
toplist links on the bottom - mine too

we could argue about the other CSS but i don't want to...

Anyways, if he'll change what i told him, his design won't look like mine anymore. He did not hurt me, but he hurt himself much more.

I have virtually no clue as to anyone history on here.. I hired the lowest bidder.. where did I make any mistakes... I wil take everything from every experience (Icluding this one) and learn form it... where is the problem man..

Right there is one I see.

When I want cheap i pay cheap.. wether the design was ripped off or not is a very valid point.. and I will be dealing with it if it is not resolved by NZ.. I assure you I understand all of your arguments.. some went into a rather childish realm.. but i also grant them the validity they deserve.

I'll admit that I see many points that were brought up.. and thank all for their input.
