My question now is i paid my server on april 24th via epassporte.
You guys on may 4th charge my credit card TWICE after i already paid on an bank account that no longer has funds in it ( the reason i switched to epassporte ) ...Now i did just look at my invoice. I see a 60$ credit for what was charged on my credit card but that still does not cover the 80$ in Fee's (two 39$ over draft charges because you guys did two transactions ) |
Please open a new ticket. The 1 and only ticket under your account related to billing does not mention any over draft fee's, etc.

why are you two retards discussing your problems on the boards?

Why would you only pay for bandwidth? Is OUR cost ONLY bandwidth just because you own the server?
You would then be COLOCATED but OWN the machine. If you have no interest in gaining the asset then that option is no benefit to you. The cost for colocation - ON THAT SERVER SPECIFICALLY AS A PROMO - would remain $59 and you would gain the asset. If you don't have any benefit from owning the server, then you shouldn't pick that option. $59 for 10Mbps with a server (either in colo or as a dedi) is a great deal. |

A phone call provides no history for anyone to be able to go back and read line for line what you said or what you wanted. I want to make sure you are happy which is why I'm pursuing your original comment. Please specify if you want us to REMOVE your on-file credit card and you will have to make sure you pay on time each month manually and inform us manually each month as its done via ePassporte. |

I was just curious as I have never personally owned a server so I didn't see a benefit in paying the extra for owning it and just wanted to know... What's so great about owning a server other then the joys of having it physically moved when you decide to go somewhere else? |
Pics or the transformation never happened.

The benefit is that you add an asset to your corporation, as well as freedom to configure your server as you personally want once you own it and normally (when the price isn't this low to begin with), colocation over a period of 12-24 months reduces your monthly recuring costs once you've amortized the initial capex of the hardware. |
Corporate jargon rocks my world.
