As you know we are doing very nicely with the pictures sets *Thank You All*

Now it is time to expand and one of the things I will going back into is videos, but this time for the internet only. We already have six videos on the site and in the next few weeks will be launching some new stuff I shot here plus some of the older stuff I shot iin the UK.

This is what I planned to offer, it will be solo, 2 girl and boy-girl.
10 -20 minutes on each one. If it feels right, keep it in is my motto.

We will be offering this as a package.

Each scene will be cut into 1 minute clips.
Plus a full length version.
In two compressions one for broadband and the other for dial up.

There will also be 4-5 20 second compressed clips that can be used on TGP sites.

Not sure of the different formats but probable M.Peg, Windows Media and Quicktime.

So what do you guys think of our plans??

I would like to see more niche movies. Not general niches either, targeted ones, ya know like cheerleaders ect.

Good sound quality without redundant or annoying background noise.

A no faking rule. If the girls aint cumming then dont let them fake noises, that is just tacky and stupid.

More non facial content. Ass, pussy, tits, ect. Throw in a mix.

Someone speak english, please at least one person in the video.

I like pre sex interviews, talking to the girl, making it more personal.

Better sets. I do not like seeing every video shot on the same cum encrusted couch or bed.

More creative camera angles and positions. Example not every three way needs to be mostly 2 girls trying to suck the same cock.

Some quality outdoor material and the same with voyeur.

Thats about what I came up with in the first few minutes.

The things you ask for are all about the content which we can do, the interview is not so easy here because not all the girls speak English. But the rest we can do. What I need to know is what are the technical things you guys need.

Look at what I said and tell me if that is right, then what formats. Trust me if there is money in it we can shoot it to a better quality than most.

I like WMV format as a personal choice, as a backup format something that plays in real player is cool.

10-20 minutes, sounds ok but doesnt most porn seem to follow the 3 minute rule?

One minute clips, then a full version. Well I prolly wouldnt use the 1 minute clips myself. Now if they were 3 minutes I would.

I wouldnt mind seeing some full quality 10 to 30 second clips added in for previews. I do not like the idea of compressing these and if you didnt add them I would end up having to make them.

56k and 512k or just 56k/dsl and cable speed clips are good. I personally do not need 4 choices.

We could do the previews in two sizes, broadband and dial up.

What we are looking to do is offer, as well as we can, a finished package. Or would you guys be ablt to compress it to your own requirements as you do with Jpegs?

Make one large mpeg file with high quality. Most people who do movies on the web. Prefer to edit themself.

I like MPEG-1

I like niche, I don't like general porn. NICHE!!!

I rarely buy softcore. Hardcore is my friend.

Teens should be teens. 18 or 19 years old, not 22.

I think the biggest shortage of video content is in the mature hardcore area. I can't find enough good mature hardcore video content. I also can't find enough good Indian hardcore video, but I doubt you shoot stuff like that.

that way we can encode it our own way and get all the quality our sites need....

The problem is that 99% of content places have no idea what a niche is. I see "foot fetish" stuff all the time that has nothing to do with the fetish itself. I see so-called "smoking" content that again, has nothing to do with the niche at all. And I just love the bikini sets where the girl is in her bikini for 2 pics before she's fucking an 18" dildo.

This is the problem with niche stuff, very few people have a clue what they are doing. In a nutshell, the content places try too hard to make niche fetish content and then end up fucking it up because it comes out fake and exaggerated. This is why it doesn't sell. (I'm not speaking of your content in particular, I'm discussing it in general terms.) I would buy *tons* more content if I could only find exactly what I was looking for and if it didn't look so damned contrived all the time.
