                                                                      How do you guys know that this doesn't happen more often with actors? This happened to be recorded. I imagine things can get pretty intense on movie sets. Maybe this was a real instense scene Bale was working on, and he just lost it. It appears the camera guy had made the same mistake more than once as well.
